The Role
- The company is hiring experienced Structural Engineers at a range of levels, with five years of experience required.
- The role involves creative design, structural analysis, complex structures, and digital engineering and modelling.
- Projects are delivered from concept design through detailed design in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues and external engineering partners.
- The engineer analyses problems, produces design solutions, and makes decisions in high-stress situations.
- The role offers increasing responsibility and autonomy, with support toward professional Chartership.
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Structural Engineering is required.
- Candidates should have strong practical structural engineering experience in a consultancy environment.
- Relevant IT skills and experience with ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Tekla and Revit/BIM 360 are required.
- Experience designing reinforced concrete and steel structures is required.
- Knowledge and practical experience of ASCE, IBC, ACI, AISC and Saudi Building Codes are required.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative in overcoming challenges are essential.
- Candidates should be working toward Chartership with IStructE or ICE.
