The Strategy Consultant will support operational efficiency, business planning, product development, and the organization’s strategic growth.
Key accountabilities
- Develop short- and long-term strategies and analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data for strategic decisions.
- Work with leadership to set and track KPIs and business objectives.
- Identify and implement operational improvements, streamlined workflows, standardized processes, policies, and frameworks.
- Lead operational planning and monitor performance metrics; recommend corrective actions and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support business-related projects from development through monitoring, ensuring alignment with priorities, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications; coordinate internal and external stakeholders and assist change-management initiatives.
Experience and education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, product development, or a similar operational role.
- Experience in business consulting, process optimization, or project management is preferred.
Skills and language
- Business strategy development, process improvement, efficiency optimization, product development, and project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- English language skills; any other language is desirable.
