The Strategy Consultant supports operational efficiency, business planning, product development, and organizational growth.
The role develops business strategies, oversees daily operations, optimizes project execution, and supports long-term objectives.
Key accountabilities
- Develop short- and long-term strategies; analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data; track KPIs with leadership.
- Streamline workflows and productivity; develop standardized processes, policies, and frameworks; support process improvement.
- Lead operational planning, monitor metrics, recommend corrective actions, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Support business project development, execution, and monitoring; keep projects aligned with priorities, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication; coordinate cross-functional goals and change initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, business administration, or a relevant field.
- 5–7 years in business operations, strategic planning, product development, or a similar operational role.
- Business consulting, process optimization, or project management experience is preferred.
- Skills in business strategy, process improvement, efficiency optimization, product development, and project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Language skills
- English is listed as a language skill.
- Any other language is desirable.
