Key accountabilities
- Provide first-line client support through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
- Give accurate guidance on products, services, applications, and transactions.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex queries and follow up promptly.
- Support Channel Partners in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Record interactions and resolutions in CRM or support systems.
- Identify recurring issues and give feedback for process improvement.
- Represent company values with a professional, approachable presence.
- Participate in Meydan Free Zone events and engage on social media.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in a similar operational, customer service, or client relations role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software; examples listed include ERP, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
- English language skills; a second language is desirable.
