Lead and shape procurement strategy across Miral Experiences attractions, parks, and destinations.
Drive category excellence, supplier performance, commercial value, and supply chain optimization across the F&B portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop category and sourcing strategies for fresh and perishable produce, ambient, chilled and frozen goods, beverages, catering consumables, and F&B services.
- Consolidate demand and spend across the business to maximize value and efficiencies.
- Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardization, and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority, ethical sourcing standards, and UAE food safety regulations.
- Deliver measurable savings while maintaining quality, food safety, and guest experience.
- Provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise to senior stakeholders.
- Champion procurement transformation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- MCIPS qualification or CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
- 6+ years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to strategic sourcing or category management.
- Minimum 3 years of F&B procurement experience and 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, tender management, contract management, and supplier performance management.
Skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in sourcing strategy development and execution and managing complex supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership, planning, and performance management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
