Manages the Hard Services Division to support efficient facilities, equipment, and attraction maintenance.
Responsible for operation, maintenance, and rectification of building-wide systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water, gas, firefighting systems, and civil works.
Facilities and maintenance leadership
- Direct facilities maintenance and analyze equipment failures, recommending corrective action or redesign.
- Oversee the facilities team, contractors, vendors, spare-parts inventory, service requests, and work completion.
- Approve preventive maintenance and SOP programs for CMMS, monitor PM schedules and system data, and reduce equipment downtime.
Budgets and projects
- Manage division P&L, maintenance budgets, CAPEX, expenditure reviews, and cost-saving awareness.
- Manage construction projects and review facility or attraction installations against contracts, specifications, and drawings.
- Review service agreements and contracts in line with procurement processes and provide facilities budget input.
People, safety, and compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, support recruitment and interviews, approve leave, and ensure colleague training.
- Monitor KPIs and strategic initiatives and coordinate with park operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure fire life safety systems work, properties are safe, and facilities meet government health and environmental requirements, including HACCP.
- Address HSE safety-log items and ensure colleagues are trained to use safety equipment.
Requirements
- The role manages the Hard Services Division and facilities team.
- Capability to oversee facilities maintenance, equipment operation, and rectification across building-wide systems.
- Capability to manage maintenance operations, contractors, budgets, and capital expenditure.
- Capability to ensure facilities and fire life safety systems meet operational and regulatory requirements.
