Role Overview

Workplace and Roster

• This is a remote project position operating on a 14 days on and 7 days off roster.
• Bus transport is provided from Sydney with pickup and drop-off stops between Sydney and the Mudgee region.
• Applicants elsewhere in New South Wales must arrange and fund drive-in, drive-out travel; this is not a FIFO role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials, equipment and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and record material movements in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate storage, identification, tracking and distribution of materials across the project.
• Pick, prepare and issue materials and equipment to construction teams.
• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages and damaged or missing materials.
• Store materials safely and maintain records for orders, deliveries and material issues.
• Liaise with project teams and assist with coordinating deliveries to and from site.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and storage environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Experience as a Storeperson, Warehouse Officer or Logistics Officer is required.
• Experience with materials management and inventory control is required.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory systems and Microsoft Office is required.
• Knowledge of stock control, material tracking, receipting and issuing processes is required.
• Experience with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations is required.
• A current Construction White Card and driver's licence are required.
• Applicants must be able to work independently on a 14 days on and 7 days off remote project roster.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects is highly regarded.
