About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Health and Safety, the HSE Administrator will support the Alkimos HSE function.
The role provides broad HSE exposure on a major water alliance project and a foundation for a long-term career in health and safety.
Key Accountabilities
- Support health and safety data collection and maintain accuracy.
- Assist mobilisation of subcontractors and personnel through project systems.
- Manage and maintain project HSE documents and systems.
- Prepare health and safety communications, reports and publications.
- Support project training sessions and inductions.
- Monitor HSE equipment availability across the project.
- Assist procurement and administration of HSE events and goods.
Required Skills and Experience
- Administrative experience in a health and safety or project environment.
- Sound understanding of WHS legislative requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work within a team.
