Recruiting on behalf of a client in Qatar for an experienced Corporate Services Executive.
Full-time role managing corporate services, company formation and business setup, and QFC regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage QFC company formation, registration, licensing, and renewal processes.
- Coordinate corporate services and help clients with business setup requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain corporate documents, regulatory records, and accurate client records.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements and regulatory documentation standards.
- Liaise with clients and authorities, monitor applications, follow up on missing documents, and complete processes on time.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on Qatar Financial Centre experience is mandatory.
- Experience in corporate services, company formation, business setup, or a related field.
- Knowledge of QFC registration, licensing, renewal, and compliance procedures.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and corporate compliance documents.
- Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Arabic are required.
- Candidates must currently be based in Qatar.
