Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage materials and inventory at a high-security GHQ project site in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on government, police, or military projects, preferably within telecom, security systems, or related technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the site store
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and specifications
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and equipment
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests and track usage
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with site regulations and procedures in a high-security environment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in UAE/GCC
• Experience working on government / defense / police / army projects or sites is highly preferred
• Background in telecom, ELV, security systems, or related technical projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of material handling, documentation, and stock control processes
• Ability to work in a secure and regulated site environment

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience in Integrated Telecom, Security, Crisis Management, or Optronics-related projects
• Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and procurement departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
