Storekeeper - Telecom - GHQ site

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the site store
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and specifications
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and equipment
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests and track usage
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with site regulations and procedures in a high-security environment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in UAE/GCC
• Experience working on **government / defense / police / army projects or sites is highly preferred**
• Background in **telecom, ELV, security systems, or related technical projects** is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of material handling, documentation, and stock control processes
• Ability to work in a secure and regulated site environment

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience in **Integrated Telecom, Security, Crisis Management, or Optronics-related projects**
• **Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred**
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and procurement departments

• Site-based role at GHQ, Abu Dhabi
