Inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Conduct regular stock counts, report discrepancies to management, and replenish stock to avoid shortages.
Receiving and storage
- Receive deliveries, verify quantities and quality, inspect for damage, and record deliveries accurately.
- Report or return discrepancies and damaged items; keep storage areas organized, label items, and use designated locations.
Issuing and tracking
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to construction personnel as requested.
- Track inventory movement and maintain transaction records to ensure accountability and minimize loss or theft.
Warehouse maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and store materials in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Regularly check tools and equipment for damage or wear.
Reporting and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Document incidents and discrepancies and assist with audits by keeping records and documentation up to date and accurate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years as a Store Keeper in the UAE construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
