The employer seeks an experienced Civil Site Engineer available to join immediately.
The role requires at least 3 years of UAE experience in civil construction and site execution, with knowledge of construction activities, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality-control and safety compliance.
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues; measure work quantities and verify subcontractor bills.
- Plan and manage labour, materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Identify delays, risks, and technical issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Attend site meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Deliver construction activities on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in civil construction and site execution is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations, construction standards, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
- Strong site supervision, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
Work Location
- Work is in person in the UAE.
