Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical construction, equipment installation, and maintenance.
- Review construction drawings and guide engineers and site workers.
- Plan and monitor mechanical and MEP work to support timely completion.
- Coordinate suppliers and verify materials and equipment against specifications.
- Check site work for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Inspect sites, resolve technical challenges, inspect materials, and maintain supply records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- At least five years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Engineer is required; five to six years on high-rise projects is specified.
- Strong MEP construction experience and knowledge of mechanical systems, construction drawings, site coordination, and quality control are required.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
- English proficiency is required.
- Current UAE residence and immediate availability are required.
