Electrical Foreman for construction and MEP works, with hands-on high-rise building project experience, crew supervision, and site coordination.
Full-time role requiring immediate availability; work is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise electricians and helpers in daily electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Coordinate site electrical work against approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements; interpret electrical and MEP drawings.
- Plan and allocate daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment; monitor progress and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements; inspect completed installations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and trade foremen; troubleshoot issues and work with engineers on solutions.
- Maintain daily reports, manpower and material records, and timesheets; conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.
- Guide workers to maintain productivity and work quality.
Required qualifications and experience
- Minimum five years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Previous Electrical Foreman experience in a construction company and strong hands-on electrical and MEP site experience.
- Able to read electrical and MEP drawings; proven ability to supervise electricians, manage manpower, and coordinate with site engineers.
- Knowledge of electrical installation practices, site safety, and quality standards; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
Preferred qualification
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role involves construction-site work in the UAE.
