Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Check quantities, descriptions, specifications, and physical condition of received goods.
- Store, label, and organize materials in designated locations for easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue materials against approved requests and keep issue records accurate.
- Update inventory records and document stock movements.
- Conduct stock checks and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, damage, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Maintain GRNs, material issue notes, transfer records, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Projects, and other departments about material availability.
- Store materials safely and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized and appropriately licensed; follow procedures and perform other assigned warehouse duties.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or a project-based environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
- Ability to identify, count, organize, and track different types of materials and stock.
- Basic computer skills and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for stock records and reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills; physically fit to work in a warehouse.
- Qatar experience is an advantage.

Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,800 per month.
