Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, joinery, wood production, metal fabrication, and/or fit-out operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, operational efficiency, cost control, and quality management.
- Experience in resource planning, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Manufacturing or contracting company experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 15,000–25,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.

- Oversee or coordinate operations related to manufacturing, joinery, wood production, metal fabrication, or fit-out work.
- Manage production planning, operational efficiency, cost control, and quality management.
- Plan resources, coordinate workflows, and drive process improvement.
- Coordinate across functions and address operational problems.
