Storekeeping duties
- Receive and inspect deliveries; verify quantities, quality, expiry dates, and delivery documents against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records, and follow FIFO and FEFO procedures.
- Store dry goods, refrigerated items, frozen products, and packaging materials appropriately.
- Monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs, and issue materials only against authorized requests.
- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and pest-free conditions; monitor storage temperatures.
- Record goods received, issued, returned, wasted, and damaged.
- Coordinate with purchasing, accounts, kitchen, and catering departments; prevent unauthorized stock movements and minimize wastage and unnecessary purchases.
- Submit regular stock reports to the Catering Supervisor or Catering Manager.
- Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable UAE food-safety requirements.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,600 to AED 2,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
