Supervises daily catering operations to support food production, timely delivery, quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, and staff management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise catering operations and coordinate food preparation, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery.
- Assign shifts and duties; monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure food meets approved menus, recipes, quantities, quality, freshness, portion, presentation, and packing requirements.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, health, and cleanliness standards in kitchens, equipment, vehicles, and catering areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, stores, delivery teams, and management to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor stock use, shortages, wastage, damaged items, and food costs; keep production, dispatch, wastage, and attendance records.
- Handle customer requirements, report complaints and equipment maintenance needs, and oversee loading and unloading.
- Train staff on hygiene, safety, food handling, and company procedures; perform other duties assigned by management.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,020.64 to AED 4,805.31 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.

- Able to supervise catering operations and coordinate food preparation, packing, transport, and delivery.
- Able to monitor food quality, freshness, portion sizes, presentation, and packing.
- Able to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Able to coordinate catering staff, shifts, and attendance.
- Able to maintain production, dispatch, wastage, and staff attendance records.
