Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Kerala vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and traditional breakfast items.
- Prepare and marinate meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size, quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, storage, recipe, and portion-control standards.
- Maintain clean kitchens, equipment, and workstations while minimizing wastage.
- Assist with Kerala-specialty menu planning and manage preparation for daily orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and monitor stock requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala recipes, cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1,115.10 to AED 7,293.96 per month.
