Supervise pest-control operations, technicians, customer service activities, and site inspections.
Ensure treatments are safe, effective, and compliant with company procedures and applicable UAE requirements.
Operations and service delivery
- Coordinate technicians’ daily work and assign pest-control jobs and service schedules.
- Visit customer sites to inspect and identify pest problems, and conduct quality inspections.
- Ensure treatments are applied properly and work meets company standards.
- Monitor pest activity and recommend treatments and preventive measures.
- Follow up on customer complaints and arrange corrective actions.
- Maintain timely service schedules and completion of jobs.
Safety, records, and coordination
- Ensure correct use, storage, and handling of pesticides and equipment, and that technicians use PPE and follow health and safety procedures.
- Train technicians on safety, hygiene, chemical handling, and treatment procedures.
- Prepare and review service, inspection, treatment, and operational reports.
- Maintain chemical, equipment, service, and customer records.
- Coordinate with administration and management; assist with quotations, site surveys, contract renewals, and customer follow-up when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE pest-control and environmental requirements.
Education and eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Entomology, or a related scientific field.
- A Pest Control diploma or relevant professional qualification may be considered with suitable experience.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay
- Advertised pay is AED 1,128.61–6,433.35 per month.
