Store Supervisor is part of the market leadership team, reports to the country Store Manager, and is responsible for location execution and targets.
The role combines frontline team leadership, store operations, customer service, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute the location’s vision, business needs, and strategies with store leadership.
- Coach, train, and develop Tesla Advisors; participate in or lead sales, delivery, and personnel activities under market leadership supervision.
- Analyze data, track progress, maintain operational oversight, identify improvements, and cover daily store management duties as needed.
- Ensure strong customer experiences, manage escalations, and guide employees through challenging customer concerns.
- Present, sell, and deliver the Tesla ecosystem; support events and demand-generation activities.
- Maintain showroom presentation and facility standards, control expenses, and ensure policy and dress-code compliance.
- Review and give feedback on performance, mentor staff, support training, assist recruitment, and escalate people issues.
What you’ll bring
- Strong sales performance and understanding of the business and products.
- Track record coaching and mentoring sales or operational roles; in-depth sales-process knowledge and ability to drive employees to exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders and peers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Passion for Tesla’s mission and a valid GCC driver's license.
