High supervision over daily operational activities

Purpose of the Job
Handling and data entry of daily arrival and dispatch and responding centers queries.
Key Accountabilities
Overall Productivity Included All Arrival, Dispatch, PDI & STM
Damage Ratio Damage while operation
Location System Included All vehicles on Location
NPS Score GDI Survey for ALJR Channel
Overall RDC Ontime Included All Dispatch within the lead time
Volume (600 per head as per KPI book)
Major Activities
- Manage all emails and Key works early morning of regional stockyard with respect to achievement of set KPI's by securing cross-functional support to the stockyard operations
- Alignment of all work with supervisors (Arrival & Dispatch) operations in order to achieve set objectives in line with the center's expectations (retail, Lexus)
- Close communication with Regional Sales Team to ensure complete logistical support to frontline sales from regional stockyards
- Close monitoring with AIC (Accessory Installation Center) to dispatch the vehicles on time
- Monitor frozen/ damaged vehicles and control stock and dispatching, as per company policy
- Compliance to IMTITHAL standards related to workplace and takes necessary corrective measures on outstanding points incorporated in the Audit report
Job Context
The job requires basic knowledge of supply chain and sales channels
The job holder has a direct impact over locating parked vehicles in the stockyard and updating in the system
The job holder has indirect impact over managing damage ratio
Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority
The job holder ensures the compliance to IMTITHAL standards across workplace
The job holder is responsible over controlling and dispatching over the damaged vehicles stock
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus
The job holder has a crucial strategic role in following up car purchase request distribution across the centers
The job holder has crucial supportive role in dispatching vehicles on time from accessory installation center
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- MIS skills, SAP system
- English / Arabic
