Purpose of the role
Supervise MOC-related documents for NPD, monitor MOC rules and regulations in company centers, and oversee inventory-control ordering activities and grievances or collective MOC disputes under applicable regulations.
The role has general supervision over operational activities and general authority over daily functional operations.
Regulatory affairs and compliance
- Ensure compliance with MOC regulations in NPD and manage and enhance SASO regulatory requirements.
- Ensure implementation of VAT law for NPD invoices.
- Translate parts names into Arabic before uploading them to SAP.
- Promote regulatory awareness among Parts Managers through field visits and regional training sessions.
- Develop communication protocols, discuss regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
Parts operations and reporting
- Collect information from centers, regions and related departments; manage business reports and collect project updates.
- Evaluate wholesalers’ and centers’ parts-operations performance against MOC standards.
- Compile information from varied sources and prepare summary reports, including calculations as required.
- Supervise reports, memoranda, letters and other documents.
- Manage on-time parts arrival and ensure new parts names are Arabized and the master file is reviewed.
- Periodically check parts in JPDC for compliance and monitor and close MOC complaints.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience.
- Able to speak Arabic and English.

Role context and authority
The role requires advanced knowledge of MOC and SASO regulations and directly affects regulatory compliance in NPD and employee awareness.
The role may review, develop, update and monitor the parts master file and ensure data validity.
The role monitors and analyzes MOC complaints in the VOG report and supports communication with Legal and compliance.
The role contributes to team development and succession planning within the department.
