Handle daily vehicle arrival and dispatch data entry and respond to center queries.
The role operates under high supervision with low authority over daily functional operations.
The role supports stockyard productivity, vehicle location tracking, damage control, and on-time dispatch.
Major activities
- Coordinate regional stockyard work and cross-functional support to achieve KPIs.
- Align arrival and dispatch operations with supervisors and center expectations, including retail and Lexus.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to support frontline sales from regional stockyards.
- Monitor the Accessory Installation Center to help dispatch vehicles on time.
- Monitor frozen or damaged vehicles and control stock and dispatch under company policy.
- Ensure IMTITHAL workplace standards and take corrective action on audit findings.
- Follow up on car-purchase request distribution across centers and support vehicle dispatch from the accessory installation center.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and sales channels.
- MIS skills and SAP system knowledge.
- English and Arabic language skills.
Performance and financial context
Performance indicators include arrival, dispatch, pre-delivery inspection, stock location, damage ratio, customer survey score, and on-time dispatch.
The stated volume KPI is 600 per head, according to the KPI book.
