Job Purpose
Responsible in supervising the center parts operations and ensure growth and profitability of the business by achieving established sales targets, optimal utilization of resources and as pre-determined company standards.
Job holder maintains net sales and gross profit of assigned Parts center.
Direct Supervision on Parts associates in assigned center.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve high business sales revenue and control expenses.
- Controls the discount percentage in compliance with Manual of Authority.
- Control the customers’ special orders percentage and assure minimizing it and deliver it to guests.
- Assure to apply Jameel Standard in the assigned center.
- Supervise the efficient purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing, safety and security, merchandising and advertising to accomplish pre-determined targets.
- Supervise the implementation of the established credit sales criteria of parts business.
- Ensure profit margins continue to be high and are not affected by frequent changes in sales, discount, and cost price.
- Ensure that all necessary technical trainings are imparted to Parts associates.
- Supervise the daily operations across the parts department and compliance to established processes.
- Support the key internal and external clients i.e. retail, internal, and fleet in increasing the sales target.
- Monitor all reports and operational activities on a regular basis.
- Supervise the year end stock taking activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Sales or Equivalent
- 2 years experience in Sales
