Key responsibilities
- Operate CCTV and FLIR systems according to guidelines and manuals.
- Identify and report fire alarms, motion detections, and abnormalities across connected sites; respond to emergencies under company procedures.
- Communicate with connected sites, check security attendance and staffing, and alert the security lead about unrelieved guards or vacant posts.
- Notify responsible managers of premises incidents and maintain detailed emergency and incident records.
- Ensure gates are locked, keys are secure, and security dogs are deployed on time; monitor contractors and visitors for inconsistencies.
- Perform shift system-health checks; maintain CCTV, NVRs, and other control room equipment and report faults.
- Formally hand over incidents and shift activities; manage control room access and visitor permits.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma, diploma, or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience at the same credentials level.
- Arabic and English speaker.
- Knowledge of operating and monitoring CCTV/FLIR systems according to guidelines and manuals.
