The role provides stakeholder and communications support to project teams to enable engagement, clear communication, and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project stakeholder-engagement and communications strategy.
- Map and manage clients, authorities, sporting bodies, utilities, operators, and local communities.
- Build regulatory relationships to secure approvals, permits, and stakeholder support.
- Incorporate stakeholder requirements into project planning, design, and delivery.
- Manage stakeholder issues, conflicts, and escalations affecting programme, cost, or objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and consultations; oversee community engagement and public-facing communications where required.
- Track risks and actions, report to senior leadership, and monitor performance and compliance against management plans.
- Deliver aligned stakeholder and communications activities, build relationships, and improve methods and integration.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Introductory experience in PMO and project-controls services.
- APM Foundation and Practitioner certification or equivalent.
- Commitment to professional development and chartered-status progression.
- Relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project-management consultancy.
- Must meet applicable Saudi visa criteria for immigration and client approval.
