Oversee stage operations and support smooth execution of live events.
Coordinate performers, technical teams, production crew, and event management to deliver safe, efficient, on-schedule stage activities.
Duration and location
- The position runs from 15 November to 23 December.
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves stage operations for live events.
Responsibilities
- Supervise stage setup, rehearsals, live performances, and dismantling.
- Coordinate with stage management, production, lighting, audio, video, and other technical departments.
- Manage schedules, show cues, artist movements, and transitions between acts.
- Ensure performers, presenters, and crew are in position at the right time.
- Monitor stage readiness, equipment, props, and backstage arrangements.
- Coordinate resolution of on-stage and backstage issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and event production requirements.
- Manage stage crew, allocate tasks, and communicate updates and schedule changes.
- Maintain clear communications during rehearsals and shows to minimize delays.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in stage management, live event production, or stage operations.
- Experience supervising stage crews and coordinating live performances or large-scale events.
- Good understanding of stage layouts, technical production, show cues, and backstage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts during events.
- Sports event, concert, ceremony, or large-scale live production experience is an advantage.
