Role overview
Freelance/project-based Branding Supervisor to oversee on-site branding activities for an upcoming event.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, execution, and removal of branding materials across event venues and designated areas.
- Coordinate suppliers, production teams, and installation crews for timely delivery and execution.
- Monitor installation against approved designs and specifications; conduct quality checks on standards and placement.
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules, resolve installation delays and quality concerns, and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with event guidelines, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Monitor progress and update the project management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event branding, brand activations, event production, or a similar role.
- Proven experience supervising on-site branding installations and production activities.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and installation teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to maintain branding quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced event environment.
- Availability for the full contract period from 5 November to 11 December 2026.
