- The role is on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Contract period is 15 November 2026 to 23 December 2026.
- Contract type is temporary / project-based.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-ground activation teams and coordinate daily execution.
- Oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of activation areas.
- Coordinate with event management, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
- Check activation areas for maintenance and operational readiness.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with event procedures, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor attendance and provide operational updates to management.
- Deliver activities according to the event schedule and requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event operations, brand activations, experiential marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience supervising teams in a live event or activation environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site operational challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the full contract period.
