The role coordinates teams, service providers, and operational activities to support safe, efficient delivery in line with project requirements.
Location and contract
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and involves on-site event operations.
- The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 24 December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and operational area readiness.
- Coordinate department heads, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop operational plans, schedules, staffing arrangements, and resource requirements.
- Monitor site readiness, visitor flow, service standards, and operational performance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and site operating procedures.
- Provide operational updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event operations, venue operations, or large-scale live event management.
- Experience managing multiple operational teams and external service providers.
- Strong knowledge of site planning, operational readiness, and on-site coordination.
- Experience managing schedules, resources, and operational challenges under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
