Position overview

Define product strategy and lead delivery across major client engagements as the senior product voice on cross-functional teams.

Own outcomes from discovery through delivery, partner with client leadership, and mentor other product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Set product direction, own roadmaps, and prioritize business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead discovery and problem framing with senior stakeholders and define product success metrics.
  • Align engineering, design, delivery, and strategy teams; evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude for product discovery, research synthesis, and documentation.
  • Advise client leaders, communicate recommendations at executive level, and lead stakeholder workshops and decision forums.
  • Establish delivery standards, mentor product managers, and handle complex product, scope, and prioritization escalations.

Candidate requirements

  • Seven or more years of product management experience with a strong consultative background.
  • Experience defining strategy and vision and leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery for complex digital engagements.
  • Strong executive communication, client advisory, cross-functional alignment, and influencing skills.
  • Experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
  • Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, or Miro.
  • Applied experience with AI tools for product discovery, research synthesis, and documentation.
  • Consulting or professional services experience, or exposure to AI/ML product development or data platforms, is a plus.

Compensation

  • The stated salary range is CAD $150,000–$190,000.
