Product craft and delivery
- Own direction for complex, high-stakes digital products and define product operating models, discovery practices, and delivery standards.
- Frame difficult product challenges, align stakeholders, and drive resolution.
- Use data, research, and user insight to evaluate outcomes and shape product direction.
- Use AI tools, including Claude as an example, for efficiency, research synthesis, and product thinking.
Collaboration and leadership
- Advise client executives and influence strategy, delivery, and technology decisions.
- Lead complex stakeholder forums, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Champion product standards, mentor experienced product managers, make complex product decisions, and contribute to business development and practice growth.
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, including a strong record in consultative or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success defining strategy for complex digital products and advising clients at executive level.
- Experience leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery across large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Experience mentoring senior product managers, shaping PM practices, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining product metrics, success frameworks, iterative delivery models, and using AI tools in product work.
- Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or practice growth is a plus.
