Craft and delivery
- Lead AI and digital strategy from discovery and problem framing through prioritization, roadmaps, and pilot planning.
- Map customer journeys and operational workflows to find opportunities for automation, AI, and digital solutions.
- Develop business cases, quantify value, define KPIs, and align stakeholders on success measures.
- Create prototypes, agent demonstrations, and proof-of-concept experiences.
- Develop AI-ready assets with client experts, including prompt libraries, evaluation examples, and retrieval corpora.
- Define practical governance for responsible AI, privacy, human oversight, and escalation.
- Test ideas early with users and operational teams and iterate using evidence.
- Connect business strategy with design, data, engineering, and change-management delivery.
Collaboration and leadership
- Lead executive briefings, ideation workshops, and process redesign sessions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and communicate findings to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Lead prioritization and scoping decisions based on business value, feasibility, risk, and timelines.
- Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
