The role works with the DNNP Training Team and is accountable for day-to-day success of assigned technical training.
It provides technical and instructional leadership for the DNNP Technical Training program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation support, and continuous improvement across assigned scopes.
- Translate scope requirements, lessons learned, and stakeholder input into effective training that supports workforce readiness.
- Provide observation, coaching, and technical guidance for consistent, high-quality execution.
- Partner with the training analyst and learning experience designer across bundle training scopes.
Role approach
- Align training with project requirements, stakeholder expectations, and field execution needs.
- Apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
