Manage warehouse and inventory operations for Oil & Gas projects.
Receive, store, issue, and track materials and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials and equipment.
- Maintain inventory records and update transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate material issuance to projects, workshops, and operational teams.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for receipts, transfers, and issuances.
- Ensure safe material handling and storage under company HSE requirements.
- Coordinate material availability with Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping; support inventory audits and provide reports.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' Storekeeper experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent.
- Dubai location required.
Employment and pay
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
