Inventory & Equipment Sales Executive

Role Overview

Inventory Management

• Verify, assess, and categorize yard inventory and equipment.
• Maintain inventory records, asset descriptions, specifications, and condition reports.
• Update inventory databases and stock tracking systems.
• Coordinate inspections and valuations and ensure proper storage and preservation.

Sales and Business Development

• Identify buyers for surplus materials, equipment, and industrial assets.
• Market inventory through direct sales, industry contacts, online platforms, and auctions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and sales agreements.
• Build relationships with contractors, traders, EPC companies, dealers, and Oil & Gas clients.

Commercial and Reporting

• Monitor market trends and assess equipment and material resale values.
• Coordinate pricing strategies and sales plans with management.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, sales activity, and revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in inventory management, equipment sales, or asset disposition.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
• At least four years of Oil & Gas experience and four years of B2B sales experience.

Technical and Commercial Skills

• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, process equipment, mechanical equipment, and piping materials.
• Proven industrial equipment sales and business development record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, inventory control, and market analysis skills.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai.

Compensation

• Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month.
