Role overview

IT and Odoo administration

• Maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software, and perform updates, backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Support staff with applications and helpdesk requests; manage user access and system configurations.
• Configure Odoo workflows, user roles, and permissions, and generate reports and analyze system data.

Document control and Wrench DMS

• Manage document-control processes and project records, including engineering, operational, and compliance documents.
• Maintain document version control and digitize, categorize, distribute, and archive documents in Wrench DMS.
• Configure Wrench DMS for asset management, maintenance scheduling, and document control; audit data accuracy.
• Support users, optimize processes, conduct training, and create user guidelines and resources.

Collaboration and documentation

• Coordinate with department managers and facilitate Odoo ERP and Wrench DMS integration or data flow where applicable.
• Identify system and process improvements and document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and user guidance.

Required qualifications

• Experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, focused on ERP and document management.
• Hands-on Odoo ERP configuration and customization experience.
• Experience with Wrench DMS or a similar digital maintenance or document-control system.
• Knowledge of document-control standards, compliance practices, and version control.
• Troubleshooting, user support, process documentation, communication, and user-training skills.

Preferred qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Oil, gas, manufacturing, or engineering sector experience is advantageous.
• Two years of Odoo ERP experience is listed as preferred.

Compensation

• AED 6,000–8,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person; Dubai is listed as the preferred location.
