Implement HR planning policies, procedures, and systems to support their efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to organizational structure development, review job analysis models and policies, and prepare related reports.
Key activities
- Help set HR planning objectives, initiatives, implementation steps, and performance indicators.
- Propose programs and activities for implementing corporate development standards within HR.
- Measure HR performance against approved standards and recommend actions based on results.
- Analyze HR database data and reports and set human capital planning objectives.
- Implement and update the organizational structure to meet operational model requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on implementation of the career paths plan.
- Analyze the current workforce, determine future needs, and identify workforce gaps.
- Develop models to predict the impact of solutions for workforce requirements and gaps.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as an HR organizational development specialist.
Preferred certifications
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
