Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Kidana's performance and effectiveness.
Help drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and support achievement of strategic goals.
Functional responsibilities
- Implement performance management frameworks and systems to monitor and evaluate organizational performance.
- Support the establishment of KPIs and metrics to track progress toward strategic goals.
- Collect performance data across departments, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide organizational performance insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, board members, and stakeholders.
- Use data visualization to communicate performance metrics and trends.
- Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align performance goals and objectives.
- Facilitate engagement with senior leadership, department heads, and staff.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a business performance specialist.
Preferred certifications
- Preferred certifications include CPMP, PMP, CBAP, or SMP.
