Role Overview
YASH Technologies is looking to hire Java professionals for a senior software engineering role.
The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on backend development capability.
Required Technical Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Java development and Spring Boot backend experience are required.
- Candidates should have architecture and implementation experience with microservices.
- Hands-on Kafka experience across at least 2–3 projects is required.
- Candidates should understand Kafka producer and consumer concepts and event-driven or asynchronous architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, WebClient, and synchronous or asynchronous communication is required.
- Experience with NoSQL databases is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate ownership from design through implementation and delivery.
Additional Skills
- Full-stack Java developers may also be considered.
- Microsoft Azure knowledge or experience is advantageous.
- Practical JWT or security implementation experience is preferred.
- Candidates should have genuine hands-on knowledge of the technologies listed and be prepared to discuss actual project experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement microservices architectures.
- Build and integrate Kafka-based producer and consumer workflows.
- Implement RESTful and WebClient communication using synchronous and asynchronous patterns.
- Work with NoSQL databases in backend solutions.
- Own solution delivery from design through implementation.
- Demonstrate hands-on project experience during technical evaluation.
