Responsibilities
- Develop training materials for digital and ERP applications, including quick reference guides, web-based training, process flows, videos, procedures, and in-application help.
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training and webcasts; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and prepare training schedules and rollout plans.
- Support deployment planning and execution, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management; coordinate with product/process owners, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Monitor deployment progress and resolve issues; support change plans, align training with change strategy, assess impacts, and plan mitigation.
- Monitor training and change-management effectiveness; resolve training and user issues, escalate technical issues, and use feedback to improve delivery.
- Create and update the course catalog; organize and publish training documents; analyze DAP interaction and adoption metrics and report progress.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future change-management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Requires any bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or finance.
- Requires 5–7 years of experience; the posting does not specify the experience field.
