Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out
Salary: Competitive + Attractive Incentives
Location: Dubai
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in interior fit-out to drive business growth and close high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and secure interior fit-out projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 5–8 years experience in interior fit-out sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong industry network and client base
- Good knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and project costing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
