Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve factory sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities for elevator and escalator manufacturing products.
- Promote elevator components, cabins, doors, mechanical parts, and customized fabrication solutions.
- Build relationships with elevator companies, contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with factory production, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to support timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales pipelines and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and outstanding payments in coordination with Finance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of sales experience; elevator manufacturing, elevator components, or industrial fabrication experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of elevator components, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and contract negotiations.
- Good understanding of the UAE elevator and escalator market.
- Established relationships with elevator companies, contractors, and industrial clients are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
