Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users and clients.
- Promote installations, modernization, maintenance, and spare-parts products and services.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining target profit margins.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations for project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities through closure.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Deliver customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Strong knowledge of the elevator market, competitors, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Ability to develop market strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Experience preparing quotations and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
