Key responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet revenue and business growth targets.
- Generate new business in the elevator and escalator industry and build end-user relationships.
- Promote installation, modernization, maintenance, and spare-parts offerings.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
- Research market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining target margins.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and opportunities through closure.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Deliver customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of elevator and escalator industry sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the elevator market, competitors, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Ability to develop market strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Experience preparing quotations and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Arabic-speaking requirement is stated in the job title.
