Sales Executive - Elevator (Arabic Speaker)

Role overview

Sales and business development

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and business-growth targets and generate new elevator and escalator opportunities.
• Build relationships with end users; promote installations, modernization, maintenance and spare parts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations; negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining target margins.
• Research the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
• Follow customer inquiries, quotations and project opportunities through closure; maintain the sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations for project execution; represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events and provide customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of the market, competitors, consultants, contractors and developers.
• Proven ability to develop market strategies and achieve sales targets; experience preparing quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Arabic-speaking capability is indicated in the job title.
