Hiring for a Senior Recruiter for a retail conglomerate in Dubai.
The role manages recruitment across the GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across GCC countries and forecast hiring needs by department and country.
- Develop job descriptions, candidate evaluation questionnaires, and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist applicants; coordinate in-person, virtual, and phone interviews.
- Assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment and support a positive candidate experience.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify requirements and refine selection criteria.
Requirements
- At least 5–6 years of recruitment experience, in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and talent pools in the GCC.
- Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; able to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
