Support Jasara's growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
Lead bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen market presence and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across public and private sector clients.
- Manage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation from opportunity identification through submission.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients.
- Support contract negotiations and conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.
- Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management.
- Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA.
- Proven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
