Role overview
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key construction projects, ensuring objectives are met with high quality and efficiency.
Manage project teams, interface with clients and stakeholders, and maintain a focus on safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project development from initiation through completion.
- Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and schedules and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and resolve issues.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment and manage expectations.
- Monitor project performance and produce regular status and progress reports.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays and budget overruns.
- Foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 18 years of project management experience, focused on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
